Q: How big are your cookies

A: Our Large cookies are typically between 125 gr or 4.4 oz and 170 gr or 6.0 oz, our small cookies start at 60 gr or 2.1 oz

Q: You guys are bodybuilders….so are these like protein cookies?

A: No. Eating enjoyable foods in moderation is a healthy and sustainable habit. These have all the butter, sugar and delicious ingredients we can fit into a balanced flavored cookie.

Q: Why do your cookies cost so much?

A: Our ingredients are of a high quality, the chocolate we use is Belgium or other world class chocolates, other ingredients are locally sourced or made from scratch in our home. This all takes time and unfortunately money. We hope it’s worth it because we know you are worth a treat like this.

Q: Can you deliver gifts?

A: Yes, you can pick the address, add notes and schedule deliveries with us simply by leaving a note, texting or calling us.

Q: Why don’t you ship?

A: Current Michigan Law does not allow Michigan Cottage Law Bakeries to ship.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We are based in North Lansing MI near the airport. We can work out delivery in the greater Lansing area and the north and western suburbs. We also travel to Rochester several times a month and can deliver there or set up a pickup at Downtown Gym in Rochester if that is easier. Our son is also in Kalamazoo so special delivery times for that area can be made.

Q: Can we get flavors that are no longer on your seasonal menu?

A: Yes, it just has to be in orders of 6 or more large cookies or 12 small cookies.

Q: What if I have this crazy idea for a cookie, can I have you make it for me?

A: Maybe. Let’s chat and we are no snitch, so we won’t sell your idea to that store that falls apart.

Q: You’re a bodybuilder…how much do you bench?

A: More than those other cookie companies. You know the one that falls apart or doesn’t sleep. #SmallBusinessStrong

Q: Do you make cookies for parties?

A: Yes, we do. We do custom orders that include all of our flavors and products. We can do Char Cookie Boards for parties, dessert tables for weddings and everything in between. Pricing will be by quote.

Q: Your cookies are so big can we cut them?

A: Yes you can. We can also cut them for you. The smaller cookies into up to 4 pieces and the large cookies in as many as 8 pieces.

Q: Can we have them individually wrapped or packages so our guest can take them to go?

A: Yes. We have a variety of package options.

Q: Do you gift wrap?

A: We offer holiday and birthday packaging options upon request.
